OVERVIEW:

Staffworks Group is expanding and looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our high-performance team. This role is perfect for professionals with a proven track record in sales—particularly those with staffing industry knowledge or experience in the construction sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within staffing or construction
  • Must be confident conducting job site walk-outs from day one
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
