Strategic Gears is looking for Business Development Senior Specialist to join the team in Egypt to Executes BD activities including outreach, platform engagement, and coordination of marketing and event activities. Ensures consistent operational flow and supports communication between BD and other departments.​ \n Responsibilities Manage platforms registration and activity tracking.​ Manage BD dashboards and reporting updates.​ Coordinate internal team operations and dynamics.​ Conduct client outreach and follow-up communications.​ Oversee opportunity sourcing and lead resourcing.​ Qualifications 3-5 Years of experience in business development. Experience in Gulf Area and Middle East is preferred. Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to engage with clients and other Stakeholders in a professional and confident manner Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems Highly proficient in MS (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) \n
