Requirements Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with a passion for building relationships. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Comfortable using systems like Salesforce to track leads, manage enrollments, and maintain accurate records. Proficient in email communication and scheduling using tools like Microsoft Outlook. Ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets and performance goals. Strong follow-up skills with the ability to consistently engage leads and move them through the enrollment process. Comfortable making outbound calls, texting, and engaging with prospective students daily. Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Takes ownership of results and is accountable for individual performance. Previous experience in trucking or vocational education is a plus but not required.
