Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), ensuring compliance with client specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure the content of proposals accurately reflects the firm’s capabilities and aligns with client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and input for proposals, including pricing, project timelines, and scope of work.
  • Complete grant applications for local, state, and federal funding sources.
  • Administer awarded grants throughout close out of the grant.
  • Work with internal staff to fulfill grant requirements such as conceptual plans, estimates, timelines, permits, technical details, and matching grant funds.
  • Support the development of presentations needed for conferences.
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other internal teams to understand the company’s technical capabilities and past project experience.
  • Assist with internal meetings and strategy sessions to discuss market trends, potential business opportunities, and ongoing pursuits.
  • Help prepare reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market opportunities for senior management
