Business Development Specialist – Recruitment SaaS (All Level) Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to help grow our Recruitment SaaS business by acquiring new client accounts and supporting recruitment delivery for our partners. This role plays a key part in expanding our market presence and building long-term relationships with tech companies globally.The ideal candidate is a motivated graduate with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the tech and recruitment space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy both client engagement and recruitment operations, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new B2B leads through online channels, social platforms, and existing databases Engage with domestic and international tech product, service, and outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish strategic partnerships Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned clients, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and managing expectations throughout the hiring process Support business growth through effective account handling, relationship management, and service delivery Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field Experience in HR, Business Development, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, or related roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including exception and escalation management Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and other social media platforms for prospecting is a plus Prior experience in recruitment services, headhunting, or staffing is an added advantage What We’re Looking For Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and growth-focused mindset Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships Passion for the tech industry, SaaS products, and business growth
