The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Essential functions and responsibilities * Drive new business by building relationships not only with outside customers but within the company. * Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. * Work with the team to implement effective campaigns that market our solutions and services. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities. * Track Business Development Opportunities using CRM software. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. * Conduct presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients. * Execute and participate in operations for conferences, events, etc. * Track and report on business development activities, performance, and results.
