Responsibilities

Main task – acquiring new clients based in the U.S. and developing strong business relationships with existing customers in the field of sea freight (FCL).

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients;
  • Analyzing customer needs and preparing tailored offers;
  • Leading commercial negotiations;
  • Preparing transport service quotations;
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients;
  • Collaborating with the tender department in preparing offers;
  • Maintaining regular communication with the operations team and other divisions;
  • Actively participating in industry events;
  • Working towards clearly defined performance goals and sales targets.
