Job Description Job overview: Reporting to Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory and/or account. Key responsibilities: Develop strong internal and external relationships. Assess potential new market and business opportunities for Avery Dennison. Evaluate unmet needs in the market, market size, competitors and substitute technologies, Avery Dennison strengths and weaknesses in the market, sales channels, manufacturing capability, suppliers and financial implications. Conduct market research to identify unmet needs and test key hypotheses. Consists of extensive networking and market interviews, as well as library research and online research. Develop detailed technological requirements from customers for new products. Perform financial analysis of new business opportunities including sales and market share projections, P&L statements, balance sheets, statement of cash flows, NPV and IRR calculations. Carry out a sensitivity analysis to identify the impact of changes in key hypotheses. Develop strategic and tactical/business plans which effectively lead to the development of new businesses within the company. Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Scan external technology environment for strategic alliances, business partners, potential joint venture partners, ideas, concepts, and emerging technologies. Assist in profitably growing business. Support marketing efforts of related product lines. Communicate key activities, successes and market conditions through monthly reports and participating in appropriate team meetings to share critical information. Qualifications University graduate with Bachelor degree 2+ years working experience in serving manufacturing clients, preferably in apparel, footwear or relevant industries. Ability to communicate fluently in English. Proven ability to work independently. Strong communication and presentation skills. Willing to travel. Good interpersonal skills, responsive and highly self motivated . Customer oriented, hard worker, trustworthy.
