POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are hiring experienced Business Development Specialist in Toledo, Ohio to spearhead referral growth, community outreach, and relationship building in key markets. This is an ideal role for a highly motivated, self-starting professional with deep ties in the behavioral health, addiction recovery, and/or healthcare space.
You’ll be on the front lines—educating, advocating, and creating meaningful partnerships with providers, hospitals, clinicians, sober livings, and community leaders—ultimately helping patients get into treatment and begin their healing journey.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2+ years experience in business development, marketing, outreach, or admissions (preferably in addiction treatment or healthcare)
· Existing referral relationships or strong recovery network in one of the target regions
· Reliable transportation, Active Drivers License in good standing, and willingness to travel locally
· Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting
