As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE to achieve your sales target.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales preferably across industries
  • Consultative selling
  • Key Account Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle
  • Must hold a UAE Driving license
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities in SMEs, Corporates and MNCs
  • Manage and grow existing business with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
  • Creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues
  • Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings in SMEs, Corporates and MNCs
  • Manage all the activities of the sales cycle concerning the assigned clients’ portfolios
  • Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines
  • Develop the relationship with clients (i.e. recurring visits)
  • Collect information on new products/services and on commercial initiatives
