Description About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Partner to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple franchise locations within our growing ownership group. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in a franchise/major brand restaurant, passionate about driving performance and building strong teams. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Oversight: Lead and support daily operations across multiple franchise locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with brand standards. - Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop store managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. - Sales & Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and business metrics to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Training & Onboarding: Implement and oversee training programs to ensure all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed. - Marketing Execution: Collaborate with team to execute local and regional campaigns that drive traffic and brand awareness. - Quality Assurance: Ensure all locations maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality. - Strategic Planning: Partner with ownership to identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and support expansion initiatives. - Marketing: Creating local marketing opportunities, campaigns, writing radio advertising scripts and public appearances. - Ownership Pathway: Participate in strategic decision-making with the opportunity to earn equity and become a co-owner in the franchise group. Travel Requirements: - Regular travel between franchise locations is required. - Some overnight travel will be necessary based on operational needs and project timelines. - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Requirements Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience working in a franchise/major brand restaurant, retail or other hospitality. - Experience as a waitress, personal trainer, athlete, cheerleader or marching/pep band a plus. - Proven leadership and team development skills. - An understanding of business metrics, P&L management, and operational systems. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation. - Experience in [industry, e.g., food service, fitness, retail] preferred. - Bachelorette degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field strongly desired. - Self-motivated, high achiever, smart and above average charisma. - Strong desire to learn from a seasoned, educated, professional and high-achieving small growing team. - Current modern ideas applicable to the mission, and ability to prove, justify, defend and evangelize ideas. - Deep knowledge / experience with Kansas State University a plus. - Ideal position for recent or soon to graduate college students with hospitality or food service experience.
