Optimise Pricing: Collaborate with partners to implement competitive pricing strategies and monitor the Price Competitiveness Index (PCI). Launch Promotions & Campaigns: Design and coordinate exclusive bundles, landing pages, banners, and CM campaigns aligned with marketing goals. Monitor & Analyse Performance: Track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve partner performance and marketplace impact. This is more than a role. It’s an opportunity to influence strategy, contribute to innovation in healthcare commerce, and grow alongside a company committed to shaping the future of digital health. Requirements We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of analytical rigor, commercial insight, and relationship-building talent. Ideally, you are: A native French speaker with strong written and verbal English skills. Experienced in business development, account management, or marketplace operations, preferably in e-commerce or pharma. Data-driven and analytical, comfortable using Excel to analyse trends, monitor KPIs, and drive decision-making. Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced, agile environments. Familiar with marketplace dynamics, promotional planning, and pricing strategies. Nice-to-haves: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, familiarity with promotional campaigns, and knowledge of pricing optimisation tools. Benefits We’re more than a workplace, we’re a community committed to shaping healthcare together. Here’s why you’ll love it here: Purpose & Impact: Your work will make healthcare products more accessible to millions of customers across Europe. Growth Opportunities: Develop your skills across multiple markets, learn from diverse colleagues, and take on new challenges. Collaborative Culture: Work with passionate professionals who value teamwork, empathy, and shared ownership. Innovation at Your Fingertips: Explore AI tools, data-driven decision-making, and digital strategies in a leading healthcare platform. Flexibility & Wellbeing: Enjoy hybrid working arrangements in vibrant Barcelona. Diversity & Inclusion: We celebrate differences and actively foster an inclusive environment where all voices are heard. Ready to Make an Impact?
