Description
Outbound Business Development Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to targeted accounts Engage innovation managers, transformation leaders, strategy heads, and program owners Build relationships with government, semi-government, and enterprise stakeholders Pipeline & Opportunity Management Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline Track leads, opportunities, and deal stages using CRM tools Coordinate internally with leadership and delivery teams Client Engagement Set up and attend initial client meetings (in-person and virtual) Support needs assessment for innovation programs, venture building, and advisory engagements Act as the commercial focal point through the sales cycle Deal Closure Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and negotiations Follow up consistently until deal closure Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-signing 3–7 years of experience in B2B business development or consulting sales Proven experience selling consulting, innovation programs, or professional services Strong understanding of Saudi government and enterprise environments Demonstrated experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting Fluent in Arabic and English Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Exposure to national-level and enterprise innovation projects High autonomy and direct access to leadership Fast-growing platform with regional visibility and partnerships
