We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the themed entertainment industry, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to drive global business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Creative teams to develop and execute proposals, pitches, and outreach initiatives that support our global growth.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Relevant experience in market research, strategic planning, or creative business development.
  • Familiarity with the themed entertainment industry; knowledge of entertainment and pop culture trends a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in proposal development and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize market and competitor insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with clients and internal teams across global time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive team player with a growth mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Multilingual capabilities preferred (English plus Spanish or Mandarin).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during events and tradeshows.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring alignment with client needs, company capabilities, and brand standards.
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics in the CRM system; ensure timely outreach and follow-up.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities across strategic global markets; stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Support the development and upkeep of business development and marketing collateral, including internal content libraries.
  • Coordinate business development activities with Marketing and Leadership, including planning for events, campaigns, and client travel.
  • Participate in cross-functional planning and debrief meetings; help communicate client expectations across teams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events; domestic and international travel required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Falcon’s portfolio, capabilities, and IP to effectively communicate our value proposition.
