Location: - Māngere, Auckland 2022, New Zealand Salary Range: - 60k-80k NZD per annum Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Sales: - Follow up on incoming leads and manage client enquiries. - Conduct site visits and client consultations. - Understand client requirements and provide professional advice. - Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and scope breakdowns. - Negotiate and close deals professionally. Estimation & Costing: - Perform cost estimates and quantity take-offs. - Calculate material and labour costs for renovation projects. - Ensure pricing aligns with company margin targets. Business Development: - Develop own client base through networking and referrals. - Identify and explore new renovation opportunities. - Maintain relationships with repeat customers. - Contribute to the growth of the A&A department. Coordination & Communication: - Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. - Coordinate with purchasing and site supervisors. - Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain strong client relationships from enquiry to job completion. Job Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in construction sales, renovation coordination, or a related role. - Ability to interpret basic building plans. - Ability to prepare cost estimates and quotations for A&A projects. - Basic knowledge of material and labour costing. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team. - Full New Zealand Driver Licence. - Tertiary qualification in construction, business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
