Responsibilities

The Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall sales and customer experience processes. You will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers, identifying potential new customers, responding to inquiries, and providing product information through targeted calling efforts. This role is located in our Clinton Township office (no remote work) where you will receive training, coaching and mentorship.
A typical day will consist of researching potential clients, utilizing Global’s CRM to properly target and contact clients, schedule meetings and present to potential clients. You will be involved in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals, monitoring customer accounts and managing relationships within your geography. Outbound calling and emailing will be an essential function, but not a sole focus.
