Job Description Identify and acquire new Official Account partners, especially high-potential content providers Build and execute partnership strategies that drive user engagement and monetization via OA and OA+ Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring alignment with KBZPays goals and commercial frameworks Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to enhance their performance and retention Provide training and onboarding support to partners and other enablement tools Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Content) to improve partner experience and product adoption Analyze data related to user behavior, partner engagement, and content performance to generate insights Track and report account performance metrics and revenue contribution regularly Maintain and update a partner database (including content creators, service merchants, and agencies) Assist with content publishing for selected partners when necessary Support strategic planning for category and content direction within the OA ecosystem Job Requirement · Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field · Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales · Experience in digital platforms, banking, fintech, or content industries is preferred Background in content or platform-based ecosystems is a plus · Solid knowledge of market trends, content engagement strategies, and sales techniques · Familiarity with content platform ecosystems, account management, and digital partnerships · Ability to manage multiple partners while actively prospecting for new ones · Excellent communication skills in both Burmese and English (verbal and written) · Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills WHO WE ARE Since 2017, KBZ Bank has undergone a significant transformation to become Myanmar's leading digital and mobile-first bank.
