Business Development Specialist (Lead Generation) – Commission-Only
Location: Winnipeg, MB (On-Site & Field-Based)
Companies: Safeside Homes & Parker Design Build
Compensation: Commission-only, unlimited earnings potential + lead volume bonuses

JOB SUMMARY

Safeside Homes provides trusted home inspections, maintenance services, and renovations. Parker Design Build delivers high-end custom homes, additions, and major renovations.
We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Business Development Specialist to find and qualify potential customers, collect their contact information, and pass them on to our sales team. Your mission: start the conversation, warm up the lead, and make the handoff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, canvassing, promotions, or customer service (asset, not required)
  • Comfortable engaging with people in person and over the phone
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
  • Prospect potential customers through door-to-door outreach, networking, and community events
  • Initiate conversations with homeowners, property investors, and real estate professionals
  • Ask targeted qualifying questions to determine service fit
  • Collect accurate contact details and project information for follow-up by the sales team
  • Maintain a consistent daily activity level to meet lead generation targets
  • Represent Safeside Homes and Parker Design Build professionally in the community
