Position Summary Lee Machinery Movers is seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand our client base. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business development efforts. Key Responsibilities * Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities. * Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer-focused interactions. * Assist in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. * Analyze sales data, market data, and customer feedback to provide insights and support decision-making. * Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. * Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information. * Generate reports and summaries to track progress and communicate findings to the business development team. * Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, within the construction industry, or equivalent industry experience. * Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. * Interest in the heavy machinery rigging and moving industry is a plus.
