We are looking for an energetic Business Development Specialist to help drive the growth of our digital transformation services applying cutting-edge technologies across the engineering, manufacturing, and industrial operations sectors. You will focus on identifying potential clients, opening doors for our technical teams, and helping us expand our reach in the market.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support, ideally within a technology, engineering, AI or industrial services environment.
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, and cutting-edge technologies is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers within target industries.
  • Initiate contact through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
  • Qualify inbound leads and orchestrate meetings with our talented project teams.
  • Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and ensure consistent follow-up on new leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce.
  • Attend industry events or webinars to build relationships and represent the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities.
