Position Summary We’re hiring a Business Development Specialist to help grow referral relationships and expand access to our imaging centers across Houston, Sugar Land, and Victoria. This role is perfect for an outgoing, motivated professional with an interest in healthcare, sales, or marketing. Conduct marketing visits, attend networking events, and promote services through presentations and community engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and an exceptional patient experience. Identify new market opportunities and track outreach activity through CRM tools and reporting. Represent Pathway Imaging at medical, legal, and community events. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred). 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (healthcare industry experience is a plus). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional presence. Strong organization and time management abilities.
