Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in‑person meetings Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and staffing challenges Present and sell contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire solutions Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leaders Expand existing accounts through consistent follow‑up and service excellence Conduct client visits, capability presentations, and quarterly business reviews Strategic Sales Execution Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals Stay informed on trends within professional staffing and talent acquisition Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and improve market positioning Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry preferred) Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Competitive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 75% for client meetings and events
