We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah branch. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the company’s growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute business development strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential markets, clients, and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with branding and product offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
  • Assist in developing growth strategies and business plans.
