POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development Team. This position’s main goal is to generate appointments with leads by making outbound calls, to both cold and warm prospects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of outbound call experience / inside sales is required
  • Professional phone presence and ability to exude confidence and enthusiasm over the phone
  • Strong verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Team player, positive culture, proactive attitude
  • Home office setup with quiet environment to make call
  • Reliable internet connection as calls will be made through VoIP
  • Personal cell phone and unlimited plan as backup option if VoIP is disrupted
Responsibilities
  • Complete outbound calls to prospects to introduce Proforma, qualify the prospect, and secure an appointment
  • Motivation and desire to make 110+ daily outbound calls to prospects
  • Become familiar with script / guideline / overcoming objections to successfully secure appointments
  • Log activities in CRM database
  • Maintain accurate reporting on daily and monthly activities
  • Regular communication with manger and peers
