Strategic Gears is looking for Business Development Specialist to join the team in Egypt to Provides foundational operational support in CRM, marketing, and event logistics. Ensures accurate data management and assists the BD team in executing day-to-day activities efficiently.​ \n Responsibilities Handle CRM updates and maintain data accuracy.​ Support marketing initiatives and coordinate with relevant teams for execution.​ Handling events management including logistics and vendor coordination.​ Maintain BD databases and track engagement records.​ Support client meetings and documentation.​ Qualifications 0-1 year of experience in business development. Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to engage with clients and other Stakeholders in a professional and confident manner Good knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems Highly proficient in MS (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) \n
