* Provide assistance to management on potential business needs leads, and follows-up on existing customers, in order to help develop product sales. * Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues and focuses on sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a relationship with the customer. * Develops and masters researching techniques to identify prospective customers, and to identify the decision makers in the prospective organizations. * Develops and manages relationships with assigned prospects and customers and works with the sales staff to assess account potential. * Assists in up-selling opportunities. * Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. * Performs other duties as directed.
