POSITION SUMMARY

Business Development support to the Milan office and interaction with the Regional Corporate practice of the firm.
The key aspects of the job are to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective support for pitches, submissions and other key elements such as marketing communication and events for the Milan office. The role will also have a regional dimension and the candidate is expected to take responsibility for supporting and coordinating with the regional practice in cross border projects.
Duties and Accountabilities1

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the Business Development team of a law firm
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Ability to see the big picture
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple tasks
