About this job… Nosco is seeking Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.   As an employee owner in this position, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support new business growth.   In this role, you will… * Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts/contacts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport with contacts. * Prospect, as directed, within defined regions, markets and/or other segments to develop and nurture new business leads. * Contact prospects to qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline, via outbound phone calls, as well as emails, social media and text messaging. * Set and participate in introductory appointments of qualified Leads with sales reps. * Monitor, qualify and manage in-bound leads and transition relationships to opportunities. * Build campaign lists using Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools. * Log activities in various martech systems including Salesforce CRM and HubSpot CRM.
