Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for developing customer relationship connections across markets and facilitating initial meetings between potential customers and account managers

Responsibilities

Work with and communicate effectively with the account managers across market areas
Time management
Highly organized
Awareness of geography of sales areas
Ability to drive in potentially unknown areas to find potential customers and make customer visits
Good driving record
Collect, research, analyze, and report on sales and market activity/news to sales team and leadership
Research customer activity and key segment issues
Identify outside opportunities.
Develop and maintain a customer database for appropriate sales areas
Coordinate customer visits to the office, plants, and lunch meetings
Make sales cold calls
Surveys sites for equipment maintenance opportunities (Arial views for prospecting)
Add names/sites to prospecting list
Coordinating delivery of marketing/Storer promotional materials to potential or existing customers
Communicate with customer representatives at the facility director level, maintenance manager level, decision making level in a friendly, professional manner
Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Leverage social media platforms and computer search engines to research potential customer connections in existing and emerging markets and territories
Participate in market area blitz initiatives
Participate in weekly account manager and combined market meetings
Participate in monthly all-hands sales meetings
Participate in sales process training meetings as require
