The Business Development Strategist reports to the Strategy Manager and is part of the Strategy & Sustainability team.

Who is this interesting for?

• You possess at least a higher professional education (HBO+) working and thinking level;
• You have 5+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a highly commercial environment;
• You have experience with growth environments (buy-and-build, scale-ups, FMCG, retail, supply chain);
• You are strong in analyses, business cases, and commercial issues (pricing, category, performance);
• You have experience with M&A, due diligence, or integrations (a clear advantage);
• You are comfortable at the C-level and you know how to build and maintain support;
• You are analytically strong, have sharp communication skills, and possess strong execution power.
