Your Mission
The Business Development and Strategy team is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group and adding a talented Director. As a member of the Team your mission is to grow the overall Software business through enhancing or introducing new strategies or partnerships. Our ambition is to be industry-leaders and define new revenue streams for the company.
Job Description
This role is responsible for leading Business Development and Strategy efforts across the world, with a specific focus on North America (“NA”). As a leader in the organization, this position is meant to launch new & creative partnerships, while influencing product development that enhances the customer experience.
You will bring a fresh perspective across all Stellantis Software’s current product offerings and creatively drive more revenue from each. For example, licensing consumer-facing products to businesses (if applicable) OR distributing products through 3 rd party distributors to increase reach of our offerings.
You will own annual targets, investigate or launch new initiatives, and/or develop internal operational processes to ensure efficiency across the Global Business Development and Strategy organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field
A minimum of 10 years of overall experience
Expert in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with data visualization
Experience using data sets to derive insights
Ability to develop models and forecasts with minimal oversight
Ability to develop new and meaningful relationships with potential partners
Negotiation experience
Partnership management experience
Global project management experience, including strong communication skills
Including ability to adapt to different organizations or cultures
