Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyse potential markets for our industrial estate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with potential and existing clients.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our industrial estate and build brand awareness.
  • Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular update to management on progress and challenges.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales and development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the industrial real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
