Job Title: Sales Support Executive (Back-End Operations)

Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 4,500 per month

As we grow our presence, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Support Executive to join our team and support the front-line salesforce in driving business growth.

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is critical in enabling our sales team to focus on business development and client relationships. You will be responsible for managing costing data, tracking client back orders, coordinating order fulfilment, and ensuring all backend sales support processes are efficiently executed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, admin, or backend operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communicator with a team-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in hospitality supply or B2B environment is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update costing sheets and product pricing for quotations and tenders
  • Maintain accurate records of client back orders and ensure timely follow-up with operations/logistics teams
  • Work closely with sales team to prepare sales proposals, tender documents, and client presentations
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to track deliveries and resolve issues affecting client orders
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks including CRM data entry, invoicing coordination, and client communication follow-ups
  • Generate regular sales and stock movement reports for internal tracking and analysis
  • Assist in aligning product information and specs for client presentations and submissions
