This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt, for candidates with experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition within the media and advertising industry. About XR Experience XR Experience for Media & Advertising is a creative agency delivering innovative media and advertising solutions across digital and traditional platforms. We partner with brands to create impactful campaigns, combining strategy, creativity, and high-quality execution in every project. About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is strategic, persuasive, and capable of translating market insights into successful business opportunities Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and present tailored proposals and pitches to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with creative and production capabilities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities. Work closely with the Account and Marketing teams to support client retention and upselling. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within an advertising agency. Strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
