What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of three project developers, with a strong focus on people and culture, not just project outcomes
• Drive business development and project development strategy across North-Eastern Germany
• Build and manage a diversified portfolio spanning solar, onshore wind and BESS
• Represent the region in discussions with senior leadership, contributing to broader company strategy
• Support origination, permitting and early-to-mid stage development activity across the team's pipeline
• Work collaboratively across a culturally diverse, international team
