The networks we create help shoppers make smarter decisions about the products they want to buy. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Lead to join our growing team in Tel Aviv and lead our partnerships efforts in the gaming and commerce industries. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development managers to achieve strategic and commercial goals. Define team objectives, set KPIs, and ensure operational excellence across all business development activities. Identify, initiate, and manage high-level partnerships in the gaming and digital commerce ecosystems. Oversee contract negotiations, revenue models, and long-term partnership strategies. Provide strategic direction and market insights to support company growth. Collaborate with internal leadership (product, marketing, sales) to align team efforts with company strategy. Track and analyze performance, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and results. Requirements 3–4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management in online marketing, gaming, or digital commerce – MUST. Demonstrated track record of hitting and surpassing sales/revenue goals Proven experience in driving measurable growth through high-value partnerships At least 1–2 years of experience managing or mentoring a team – MUST. Strong operational management skills with proven ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent strategic planning skills and a track record of delivering growth through partnerships.
