JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is seeking a high-performing and strategic Business Development Team Manager to lead our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across the UKI and Benelux markets. This is a pivotal leadership role in our EMEA go-to-market organization, focused on driving qualified pipeline generation, increasing inbound and outbound sales effectiveness, and enabling your team to succeed through coaching, operational excellence, and collaboration.
You will manage a team of BDRs responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities, supporting our mission to accelerate revenue growth and customer acquisition in these key territories. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to build targeted campaigns, drive execution, and optimize conversions by supporting the BDRs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4–6 years of experience leading high-performing sales or BDR/SDR teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in converting inbound demand and managing outbound prospecting strategy and execution.
  • Strong track record in coaching and developing talent to exceed KPIs and unlock career growth.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks, including tools like Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Familiarity with the UKI and Benelux markets, with a nuanced understanding of cultural and commercial dynamics.
  • Experience in CMS, DXPs, or MarTech is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.
  • Clear communicator with a high level of English fluency, both verbal and written.
