Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce our comprehensive bid writing services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, meticulously tracking your progress and managing data in our CRM system.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding the needs of potential clients and how our services can meet them.
  • Collaborate closely with our senior team to schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads for detailed proposals. You will also collaborate with other sales colleagues to target specific industries based on live tender opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and new business leads generated.
  • Represent Your Tender Team professionally and knowledgeably, acting as the first point of contact for new business enquiries.
