Location: Somerville, NJ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Work Model: Hybrid Monday–Thursday Remote | Friday Onsite in Somerville, NJ Classification: Exempt Compensation: $60,000 base + performance incentives Position Overview Noble Hearts HR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our client, Dex & Company, for a Business Development (Territory Rep). The position operates in a hybrid model, with administrative responsibilities performed remotely Monday–Thursday and onsite presence required Fridays in Somerville, NJ. Regular travel to client sites is expected. Compensation Structure Base Salary: $60,000 annually Incentives: $100 per qualified appointment $250 per closed deal This role offers strong earning potential for results-driven professionals who actively contribute to business growth and client retention.
