SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, content creation, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required (for events/activations).

Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, private events, and local partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and community organizations.
  • Develop innovative promotions, collaborations, and campaigns to increase foot traffic and brand visibility.

Digital Media & Marketing

  • Manage and grow the restaurant’s digital presence across social media, email marketing, and online platforms.
  • Create engaging content (photo, video, and copy) to promote events, offers, and the overall brand.
  • Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns to optimize ROI and engagement.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, hospitality marketing, and competitor activities.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop strategies to maximize sales from reservations, private hire, events, and promotions.
  • Work with management to set and achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
