• Identify opportunities of new business in the various subsegments
• Develop comprehensive segment strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Lead disruptive and complex business innovation projects from end to end & oversee implementation through global cross-functional solutions teams
• Create and secure approval for comprehensive business plans, including CAPEX, OPEX, and value creation strategies
• Contribute to strategy and business plan development, including market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal innovation and technology teams
