Job Description Business Development 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time (On-site) About the Role: The Business Development role focuses on identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and supporting agency growth. It involves lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires a proactive, organized, and persuasive individual with strong communication skills Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities in branding, design, marketing, or creative sectors. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking platforms to generate leads. Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials. Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to convert opportunities. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients. Coordinate internally with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure proposals and client requirements are aligned. Conduct market research and track competitor activities. Prepare reports on business development activities and performance. 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a branding, advertising, or creative agency. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Ability to build professional relationships and represent the agency effectively. Familiarity with branding, marketing, or creative workflows is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
