What You’ll Do As a key member of our lending team, you’ll be the go-to expert for consumer lending - guiding customers from first conversation through closing, while actively building new relationships in the community. Lending & Customer Experience Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right loan solutions Originate a variety of consumer loans (home equity, auto, RV, personal, and more) Guide customers through the entire loan process—from application to closing Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth experience Deliver exceptional, personalized service that builds long-term loyalty Business Development & Sales Proactively identify opportunities to grow loans, deposits, and relationships Build and maintain referral networks with realtors, auto dealers, RV dealers, and local businesses Conduct outreach calls and follow-ups with prospects and existing customers Represent the bank in the community through events and networking opportunities Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals Relationship Management Stay connected with customers after closing to ensure satisfaction and uncover future needs Promote a full range of banking products and services Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations What You Bring Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset Experience in consumer lending and loan origination Ability to manage multiple priorities and a pipeline of loans Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results Commitment to integrity and community-focused banking Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3–5 years of consumer lending experience preferred Proven success in sales and customer relationship development NMLS registration required Valid driver’s license (for community/business development activities Why Join Us?
