Shift - US Shift (6 pm - 3 am) Key Responsibilities: * Representing Growfin and being the spokesperson for the product * Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers and nurturing the warm prospects * Inbound and outbound Calling/Email/LinkedIn to targeted business owners in the US * Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts * Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage with inactive prospects * Showcasing the product to potential customers during the early stages of the sales cycle * Refining the lead generation process on a timely basis * Work with the demand generation team to share feedback to improve MQL and campaign performance. * Work closely with the AEs to make the outbound engine successful * Work in collaboration with Content, Event marketing and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline * Work closely with the AEs to make the outbound engine successful * Staying current with the industry trends Qualifications: * A go-getter with 6 months - 3 years (SaaS) experience into Sales or Business Development experience in the US or India market * Extremely comfortable with cold outreaches and facing objections * Close or Kill mentality in getting opportunities generated for the sales team. * Comfortable in calling prospects and engaging with them to generate interest * Strong desire to move up in the sales organization * Creative and like working in a startup environment * Excellent Communication Skills * Comfortable working in night shifts
