REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this position you should relate to the following expectations:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or Business developper, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles with B2B clients.
  • A closer mentality with a hunter’s instinct.
  • The desire to take ownership and grow into a Head of Sales role.
  • A strong mindset, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to evangelize a market.
  • You’re not afraid of opening doors and you love meeting people.
  • You excel in active listening and can adapt to your clients’ needs.
  • The drive to join an ambitious, supportive team that’s ready to guide you through this adventure.
  • An ambitious personality, with a passion for technology and a desire to revolutionize a sector.
  • You speak French natively and Dutch effortlessly.
  • Bonus: You have experience in SaaS Sales or in Real Estate.
Responsibilities

Now, we need our adventurer – someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us conquer new territories!

As a Business Developper you will be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your role? Hunt and generate new leads, turn those leads into long-term partners, navigate complex sales cycles, and most importantly: close deals to take our startup to new heights.

  • Identify and engage prospects (Corporate and Real Estate) in the BeLux market.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles, from the first contact to contract signing.
  • Work with Hubspot to efficiently manage your pipeline and optimize your performance.
  • Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams to offer the best solutions to our clients.
  • Close deals and exceed your sales targets while building strong client relationships.
  • Grow within a constantly evolving environment, with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and evolve towards a Head of Sales role within 12 months.
