"The Operation program manager is an important role in Finance and Sales Operation function. The incumbent will lead and support below projects and reports directly to the Senior Director Finance and Sales Operations, East Asia. A. Order Center Administration B. Due Diligence Reviewer a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS B. Interpersonal savvy & mature mindset C. Critical thinker and passionate about driving improvements" Diploma in Finance Tech or Business digitalization related Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance or operation program management "A. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to suit the adhoc requirement B. Ability of using digital tool (i.e. Power BI) is preferred) "A.
