This key role focuses on driving new business growth, expanding our existing client relationships, and leading and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in a media agency or consulting firm and demonstrates outstanding drive, commitment, and a proven track record in client relations, business development, and team leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years of experience in a media agency or consulting firm with a proven track record in growth-driven business development and team leadership.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in personnel management and team development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, capable of solving complex problems.
• Deep understanding of media planning, media buying, and digital strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.
