Description
The Global Business Group at Nova is looking for a Business Director for the Dimensional Metrology Division (DMD) to join a diverse position that will consist of two main domains: Focus on all business, penetration and operational activities for specific customer(s)/ territory Work closely with the division stakeholders and local sales team to initiate and execute the strategy to meet the business objectives Role Responsibilities Define, align and execute on customers and accounts strategy together with the division stakeholders and territory sales team Full accountability for all Nova’s divisional products revenue in his/her accounts, and gatekeeper for product profitability Analyze the market landscape and competition, identify new business opportunities and drive engagements Develop and grow relationships with relevant customers stakeholders Customize marketing material and present at technical review meetings Lead all delivery and operational processes to ensure on time deliveries Ensure full alignment and execution with HQ departments on all activities Ensure all product needs are mapped and addressed by the product management team Manage the evaluation of new tools and major SW release at customers sites Requirements Technical academic degree and experience in either Optics, Materials or Electronics Working engineering experience in Semiconductor Industry, and familiar with semiconductor process and equipment for minimum of 5 years Experience in working with global customers in a global company Capital equipment sales experience - advantage Proven record in building sales strategy, pricing etc. Proven experience in leading sales processes, negotiation and building customer relationship Ability to travel abroad (average of 1 week per month) That special something you bring in: Great interpersonal skills Strong technical background Strong orientation to sales and business skills Strong execution skills Ability to lead without authority Get to know us better: Nova (NASDAQ: NVMI) is a global company and a leading provider of innovative metrology solutions for process control in semiconductor manufacturing.
