As a Business Director you will: Lead, coach, and scale a team of approximately 8 digital marketing professionals Own the P&L and business plan of your team and build a profitable business unit Act as a senior strategic partner to key clients and further nurture relationships Ensure strong portfolio performance by your team and client growth Identify client needs and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across digital services Support new business growth through collaboration with senior-level executives Hire, develop, and retain top talent Establish high standards for delivery, performance, and collaboration What you will bring: 8+ years of experience in digital marketing (e.g., SEO, PPC, content marketing, web development) Proven experience managing and leading teams Strong commercial mindset with P&L or revenue ownership Excellent understanding of performance-driven environments Experience working closely with senior clients and stakeholders Advanced strategic thinking approach Background as Performance Lead/ Performance Manager/ Marketing Director/ Account Director in digital marketing agency is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Hybrid Working Model Private Medical & Life Insurance Inspiring and challenging projects Growth opportunities Extensive education City Center Office
