We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our HR services and solutions to drive organizational growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (HR domain preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
